The purpose of subject newsletter is to inform all interested parties that the Panama Maritime Administration strongly encourages all Panama flagged vessels to avoid transiting on the Ukrainian and Russian waters in the Black Sea and the Sea of Azov.
Furthermore, all the required measures while transiting on the above mentioned areas are mentioned in MMN – 03/2022.
