PHRS, operating within a very competitive status used always as a developing and growing tool, the devotion of its management to realistic quality policies with readjusted goals thus incorporating all characteristics of a modern and dynamic organization.

The quality policies cover all the operational spectrum of the Organization and they define, essentially, the unwavering philosophy of its management for quality services inspired by human oriented philosophy and respect in all levels, for PHRS staff, its customers, the seamen sailing onboard their ships, ships’ passengers and the environment in the sea, on the earth and in the air.

To this direction, according to the Organization's Health & Safety Policy, a surveyor maintains the right to refuse performing the survey , if the working environment is deemed unsafe and not effective for the conduction of statutory certification.
