We are pleased to inform you that further to Paris MoU's announcement regarding RO performance ranking, PHRS is classified on the High Performance Rank for the evaluation period of 2018-2020.

PHRS is retaining a position in High Performance Rank, once again, with an excess factor of -0.17 and a total of 591 inspections.

Classification societies with a low ratio of detentions by PSC Authorities, are placed on the list of ROs with high performance. This underlines the quality of their work and at the same time is one of the determinants allowing a vessel to classify as a Low Risk Ship. It is worth mentioning that during the past year, PHRS has established various new survey stations worldwide, thus ensuring quick and effective surveying attendance 24/7, in addition with the newly developed and established Ship Remote Survey Scheme (SRSS) in line with the established practice of other class societies.
