PH.R.S. as a Classification Society bears all the necessary knowledge and infrastructure to provide statutory services on behalf of several flag administrations acting, directly or indirectly, on their behalf as a Recognized Organization (R.O.) / Security Recognized Organization (R.S.O.).

This capacity is maintained through a continuous controlled quality system subject to third party audits for verification of its effectiveness, reliability and impartiality.
